I loved reading this but unfortunately finished it pretty quickly. I would recommend this

I have read other comic book adaptations of the Bible, but this one is really good it has true manga art style color pages, the real Hebrew names are used not Greek translations. Highly, highly recommend this book for not just kids but for all ages. I read the first 20 or so pages and instantly bought the rest of the series including the pre order of The Manga Bible. The media could not be loaded. Wonderful storytelling and visuals. Accurate representation/summary of the four gospels with necessary background context sown into the story. It’s perfect for kids, teens, and even adults that want to read the gospels in a new fun way. Although I would suggest having them read the manga AND the Bible together.

I did not see this book only read the description. All of our grandkids are into anime and this was the perfect solution to get the message out about the End Times we live in. I don't know if they have read it yet. I hope they do. The listing showed colorful pictures so I am sure they will enjoy them if they read it.

This is a must read for teens and young adults. It’s life changing to me, it’s a great book based on the Bible but made it more story-like. I lost my original book so I bought this as a souvenir and pass along to family and friends.

Good way to find Jesus especially if you are younger I like the comic book great idea

Manga Mutiny, the book of this series that covers Genesis, was much nicer to look at. The necks in this volume are often weirdly thick and some of the faces look derpy too. I wish the quality of the art had remained consistent across volumes. In terms of biblical accuracy, this is alright. It comes with scripture references for what's happening on each page.

Main thing wish they would have printed right to left. But for the less trivial. Some of the events are a little off from original context in every sense and diolouge in some instances can be very cheese. I absolutely LOVE what they did with this. They give you a scripture reference page by page to match up with what's going on. I'm only about a third of the book in but it deff seems to emphasize the true point of the gospel as Christ as the only way and a God of sheer love. It does seem targeted to a younger audience at times but I still find it enjoyable, but in other places it shines such as adding life to people and relationship in a way that would have been overlooked, such as Mary and Joeseph, they actual seem like a couple who really love each other and that's something I've personally never thought about, it brings more realism into everything in some ways due to that. If something changes I'll fix my review but I do say this was a job well doe and enjoyable whether new to the message of Christ or well versed. Oh also I like that they use Yeshua and Yoseph and Maryiam as their names it gives it a little more of a manga feel haha
