Can this be used to bend the smaller 3/4" emt? i don't want to have to purchase two benders if not necessary.

This is for 1” EMT and 3/4” Rigid conduit, you’ll need to by another bender if you wanna bend 3/4”EMT. EMT is a thin walled conduit, Rigid is a thick walled conduit

can you use this 1" bender for 1/2" EMT? Or only 1" and 3/4"

I believe this is only for 1". I have separate benders for 3/4" and 1/2".

Is it an iron head or aluminum head bender?

This is an iron head bender not one of those crummy aluminum ones. Bender works great.
