Came with no directions. Spent an hour watching YouTube videos and reading reviews. Got them filled and installed into the HP 2018 T120, and it didn't recognize them at all. Restarted printer, reseated, tried various combinations of vent holes plugged or unplugged. Ended up buying a set of aftermarket cartridges that already had ink in them (Miss Deer) for only a few dollars more, which came with 2 black cartridges as well, and those can be refilled. They were recognized by the printer immediately and the first print looked great. Sending these back even though I wasted $10 worth of ink filling them too. What a waste of time and money. Too bad I can't give zero stars.

What compelled me to write this review is the extra-ordinary performance of this cartridge in my printer. I first purchased this cartridge on 7th February, 2019. It gave so much satisfactory results that I again ordered it on 9th Feb 2019 for my another friend, who was quite dissatisfied with his current printer cartridge. purchased from another supplier. So , together I had purchased three 711 cartridges from 7 to 9th Feb,2019. He and I found these cartridges absolutely satisfactory and these are delivering their performance as per the description. This cartridge is working quite smoothly with our printers and giving us very good results, far better than OEM cartridge. Highly recommended for others.

What a waste of time and ink; my new T520 does not recognize these cartridges, nothing I have tried results in these cartridges registering with the HP T520. Avoid this at all costs.

When I installed it, the printer told me there was an unknown error and did not work despite all the attempts.

Sorry but my HP t120 did not take these carts.
