Great cup for a toddler and training usage of this kind of cups, my kid love it since its easy to use and still is one of their favorites but after one year she now uses this without the lid. You have to push hard the lid so your toddler will not be strong enough to remove it and also it won't fall apart if cup fells from a regular size table, it is not leak proof but the lid if placed correctly will not allow to spill all its contents if drop. If you have long nails it may get difficult for you to remove the lid since it get a good grip and you won't have much clearance to remove it, but I consider the good grip a good thing. Its easy to clean with no areas being difficult to reach. The size is perfect for a kid while I would never fill it complete at the beginning while getting use to. I bought the transparent color one but I think any other color would also good look next time.

Minus one star for durability. We have been using these intermittently, but more regularly lately, for a couple of months and the cups are starting to look old in general. We wash these in the dishwasher. My tot has not been rough with these at all, but they have many inexplicable tiny, little scratches and pits mostly around the rims of the cups. Also, for anyone old enough to be familiar, they remind me of the cups you would see in restaurants 20 or 30 years ago, so very old-fashioned design, a little on the thin side, and the plastic itself seems lower quality than typical sippy cups. The plastic insert does not feel that way, more like a sippy cup. Other than that, these are genius and a game-changer at my house. My tot was refusing open cups because he is a little perfectionist and would get frustrated when he had accidents. Enter these cups, and we have almost no accidents and he uses them happily. These are as described - a set of four small child-sized cups, in the different colors listed, with an insert that slows the liquid flow (not leak proof, just leak slowing). You firmly press the insert into the cup after adding liquid, not quite 2/3 full. If you let the cup sit too long with something other than water, the insert does stick and can be harder to remove. We didn't have any packaging or shipping issues.

My son is turning 3 in a few weeks and he loves this cup! Most of his cups before this all had straws with lids to prevent leaking, however I wanted something that could help him transition to a regular cup, and this works great. He feels independent, and the insert in the cup has just enough flow that he feels like he's getting a good sip without the overflow or spilling. The insert stays in well, and I haven't had any troubles with it popping out while drinking.

Good size for my 3yo, and the slow pour works really well- he feels like a big boy. Easy to remove the inside piece and easy to clean, but when the cups arrived, the two green ones were stacked together too snug and the bottom one had two cracks around two of the three inner things from being stuck together too tight (see video). Hoping they can just send me a replacement cup and not have to return and get a whole new set.

We've had this cup for a while now. My daughter still uses it without the insert. When we first bought it, she was still learning to drink from a normal cup without spilling her drink all over her face. When the insert is firmly placed inside the cup, it allows a small amount of liquid through the outside ridges allowing the child a sufficient amount to drink while they hone their motor skills. I would liken this cup to the 360 degree sippy cups, except the child isn't sucking on it. It's a normal cup that restricts flow. It is dishwasher safe, looks exactly like the image shown, and is the right size for small hands. As long as you press the lid in firmly, it does not fall out while the toddler drinks. I've loved this cup and how simple yet effective it has been. I have recommended it to other moms as well.
