First off, I too was so naive to think that there could be a decent product for $40. If you want quality, buy a respective brand and expect to pay 3x or more for something that will work. Seriously. Go find something better and leave this review, or keep reading and get a laugh at my expense.First off, the app associated with this product is garbage. It locates your child within about a square mile. I don't know about you, but that is pretty useless if your trying to locate your child in the case of an emergency. Also, the app has ads on it. Yes, ads. So here I log into my app to talk to little Johnny, and I get an ad for frickin cable service, or download the latest game of thrones mobile app. What, The. Heck.Second, you can have ads turned off, if your willing to pay $4.99, which I would have, if the app actually worked. You can't change the background, calls hardly work, the sound is crap and the ringtone is that of Pachebels "Cannon in D" Johnny isn't walking down the aisle with Susie down the block. I love Classical music, but when I'm a six year old boy, well, I don't want that sound coming out of what is supposed to be a "cool" gadget. Flashlight? HAHA, I could produce more light rubbing two sticks together or banging rocks into the ground. Completely impractical and absurd.With that said, don't be stupid like me and believe their near 5 star rating. I believe most if not all those reviews are fake and/or paid for. For the love of GOD, DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!

I spent so much time energy and money to get this watch work for my kid yet ended up returning it. Without a sim this watch don't even show the correct time. Trying to fix the time was a pain. Even after getting the SIM it was hard to get the right time set up. The experts at the t-mobile store struggled with it. Then to get it sync with the app in your phone - sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Better to pay a little more and get better products.

I love this watch it is a life saver. My son is able to call me I can watch his ever move on the app it was simple to install and activate. It came quickly and my son loves his smart watch. I wish it had more learning games but the main reason I wanted it is in case my son was in trouble or I needed to get a hold of hik I could.

Since I bought it as a smart watch for my 6 year old, I was very displeased to find that AT&T did not recognize it as a device and would charge me as if it were it’s own line. So now it is just an expensive watch with games for my son.

Terrible product. Not at all what was advertised. In fact, the reviews looked great at first, then when I looked back at them when I was so disappointed with the watch, all of the reviews were terrible and said that the original 5 Star reviews were stolen from other products. The SIM card that I additionally purchased with it just fell into the inside slot of the watch, and was unretrievable.

I had to return it, it is not working , have tried different Sim cards , there is no connection appearing on watch

I got this for my 9 year old son because it looks like a smart watch, but the screen is hard to hit the button you want and the sound quality is horrible! In my opinion either get the real deal or forget it

Terrible. Besides the touch screen being too sensitive this product has been so time consuming and I've wasted so much money trying all kinds of cards for this watch. Nothing works. It didn't come with instructions and it won't read any type of sim card. Couldn't ever use it besides the flashlight and camera.
