Shakers Kit True Lemon and True Lime (2.85 oz each) by True Lemon

I have bought these for years. I keep these shakers in the fridge and they stay fresh. They last a long time. I made a key lime pie with the lime. The packaging shows how many teaspoons of the dehydrated lime one needs to make 1/4 cup or 1/3 cup, etc. and you add water to Bring it up to the measure you need. It was actually a better lime taste than squeezing limes. The key lime pie was delicious. I use the lemon a lot also. It is good to add to recipes where you don't want too much liquid yet you need the flavor. It also is good to shake a small amount on apples or in water to keep them from browning so soon. They offer an orange and ginger blend also. Great to have all of them.

This is very practical to season things without having to worry about citrus going bad. I am disabled and alot of the time fresh produce go bad because my energy level are unpredictable. This has made recipes way less wastefull if I need just a little lemon juice. It's also great for sauces and for flavoring water! I know once this is over I will get them again!

Good to have in your pantry when you don't have fresh lemons and need the juice for a recipe. Also good to make low sugar drinks.

This is EXACTLY what I was looking for! These add the genuine tart, intense taste of lemon or lime to anything that needs it if you don't have a lemon or lime handy, like for hummus or tabouli, salads, etc. It tastes much better than liquid lemon or lime juice concentrates that come in the little squeeze containers at the grocery store. Time will tell if they start to cake like Lemon Pepper always does (I live in San Francisco, so we have some humidity here)

These lemon and lime shakers are awesome. Tired of throwing out lemons and limes that just don't last, makes a great replacement. Flavor is right on. Put them in my camper when I want to add some lime to my coke and lemon to my iced tea.
