Q: Does this game has to have the Kinect?

Yes, the Kinect bar is required. It cannot be played without it.

Q: Will 3 years old boy like this game?

It will depend on where your sensor is. When my kids play Kinect games I put the sensor down lower. Then it reads them just fine.

Q: will this work on xbox one?

No Xbox 360 Kinect games will work in any other Xboox system as the Kinect sensor is not compatible with any other system but the Xbox 360 and the Xbox One Kinect will not work with them either.

Q: Does this game require a Xbox Live subscription?

No. We don't have one and it works fine.
