make sure you install it the right way limit switches work just fine
unit worked great just have to read the manual and everything will work just fine

No Limit Switches
Second Try, first one had the same problem, out of the box operated these without adjusting the limits to see where the limit switches were preset. The motors just keep running in both directions and never hit any stops. Next tried to decrease the limits in an attempt to get either up or down limit to work. The motors keep running nonstop.

Good Quality Motor - Good Customer Support
Motor was received as promised and works well. A few questions regarding the use and installation were responded to quickly by the manufacturer.

Limit Switches do not work - Electrician can't even get them to work - do not buy
2 Licensed Electricians looked at it. The limit switches do not work - Do not buy if you want working limit switches
