It is critical to have a new, sterilized bag ready to go when the current bag get dirty
Having access to these critical catheter bags from Amazon is a life saver. I clean her bag every day and change her bag every two weeks and like to keep 3 or 4 bags in reserve. She has been using a catheter for 3 months now and we don’t know when she will be able to stop using it. But until she can get out of bed and use the lavatory, we will be using the catheter bags. Having them delivered by Amazon quickly is fantastic and saves me so much time and aggravation. I would definitely recommend this product.

Poor drainage causing leaks and backups. I cannot safely or cleanly use this product.
The problem is that the drainage from my suprapubic catheter into the bag is slower than my rate of pee, which is not supersonic. No previous brand has had this problem. What then happens is (1) pee backs up from my urethra back into my bladder, or else (2) pee is caught between my urethra and my bladder because the tubing is backed up to my urethra, causing pee to leak out my urethra. I have tried hanging the bag at different heights, from my hospital bed railing to flat on the floor. No result. I have tried altering the angle of my catheter itself, to create more gravitational pull from the bladder by decreasing its upward angle. No luck. I still end up with slightly wet pants, which again has not been an issue with other brands. One thing I noticed is that the plastic used in the front of the bag seems flimsy, in contrast to the back of the bag, which seems sturdy. I think I understand how tension between front and back could create a channel under the weight of pee, but it doesn't seem to work very well. I drink a lot of water, but not an inordinate amount, and I don’t gulp it down, I take a couple of ordinary swallows; possibly a bit more when taking pills but not a lot more, maybe 25 percent more. My point in all this is that my catheter use is perfectly normal and could not be causing any obstructive pressure on the catheter bag and its attached tubing. I changed the bag to a previous brand after one day. I'm trying to decide whether to keep the rest of the pack for emergencies. I may be able to use some of the tubing to make a water dripper for my crested gecko.

Notice it doesn't state it comes with a holder/hook... That's sold separately.
Overall, better than expected as far as quality goes. The cons for me were that the packaging didn't fair too well, ordering as a gift next time as to come in a box. The holder(an accessory) was out of stock, so I had to wing it, with some old spare parts. Also, I found the plumping lines a bit short, again spare parts to the rescue. With all that said, for the price, I'm more than willin' to McGivver a bit.

Good price and loved the bit shorter tubing!
Since these don't have anything to hold onto the bag you have to rig it to make it hang or hook but it isn't difficult. They have a holder you can buy but I was short on time so I just put a shoelace through the holes and looped it closed and placed a thin piece of wood along the top and clamped it in place with little clamps - worked great and was able to hang the bag! Most 2L bags have 4 ft. hoses which I found to get wound up and in the way but this one was 3 ft. and a little more flexible than some and it was great! For the money I found these to be my favorite of all the bags I tried!

doesn't flow "easy"
Don't know what it is but these do not work for our patient with external urinary catheter. Can't seem to get previously used Centry brand so tried these. Maybe you'll have better luck.
