I have some useful serious feedback.1.A small card saying use on surface type necessary.2. Product selling company address/ mail ID necessary unpack. Or Amazon Centre co ordinates.3. Similar experience for the deep tissue massage roller delivered 3 days prior.4. Sliders are new products on usage in non urban centres. Kindly put in few Exercises printout BnW is fine for users as well.Thx Manav Gokhale

towel glides better than these sliders. Seriously regretting the purchase.

Looks like will ghisso and loose it's smoothness soon

Very good quality and sleek looking.Has two sides, can be used on tiled floor and wooden floors.I use it at home on tiled floor for lat slides and other shoulder and chest variations.Cannot be used outside on really rough cemented surfaces.
