Needed a headset for my new helmet for an original Freedconn Bluetooth unit which was used on my old helmet. I fitted this set to a flip front helmet. They were easy to fit came with a new mounting bracket for my original Bluetooth unit. Work perfectly. Only thing I would say is the boom microphone kept getting caught on the flip front so I tucked it onto the cheek padding and it works fine there and is not obtrusive

Ordered this to use with my Freedcom intercom only to find out the pin is different to fit into intercom ,the pin type on the intercom is a mini B type but the pin on this headset is different . Make sure you check the pin will fit your intercom if replacement headset . Not worth sending it back as it comes from China so £19. Lost not paying the postage to send back . Should have stated on selling page that it has been updated to new 5 pin instead of the old 8 pin ones . So if anyone wants to buy one I have one 5 pin that’s no good to me and I’m based in the uk

I have bought headset and clip (clip is different then I have in other helmet). Today I manage to attach only clip installing intercom without connecting headset and with no warning my FreedConn intercom separated from clip and has been lost on motorway. A bit shame for producer as I have lost intercom plus new bought headset is now useless.
