Recently, I ran out and was “too busy” to order more. After a couple months, I noticed having low energy especially in the afternoons and then started having heart palpitations. I went to the doctor to be safe, and confirmed that everything was good except my B12 was on the bottom end of the “normal range.” I ordered this B complex, and within less than 2 weeks of taking it daily, the palpitations were gone and energy is coming back. Lesson learned.
