No complaints. Still in good shape after 3 months of daily use.
I bought this in late January 2023 and have been using it daily since then. It is now April 18th at the time of writing this. I keep it hanging on a hook in the shower, out of the direct water path, and there's an exhaust fan that runs while the shower is in use + a few minutes after. I have used a combination of regular bar soap, acne body wash, and hydrating body wash on this brush. As other people have noted, the bristles are softer than other brushes in my experience, so if you're looking for something a bit more scrubby you may be somewhat unsatisfied. That said, I am pleasantly surprised. I have not had any issues with bristles shedding, nor with the wood splintering. I don't see any mold or growth on the brush or the bristles, and there's no discoloration or swelling. I will be purchasing this again when it's time to replace my brush, and hopefully the next one is just as good.I had tried other brands of bamboo brushes that I had purchased at both CVS and at my grocery store, but those had issues with the bristles. They would shed constantly. Two of them also had removable "heads" that were supposed to hold together with a friction fit (the idea being you could take the head off and hold it to scrub areas that didn't require the long handle), but the head kept popping off when I was trying to wash my back. Eventually one of those heads hit the floor and cracked in half, making the brush useless, which spurred me to look up brushes on Amazon. I was a bit leery about buying yet another bamboo brush from some random Amazon store, but I figured worst case I'm just out $7. Thankfully, this brush has been totally fine in my case.I don't doubt that people have run into issues; quality issues certainly happen and I wouldn't be surprised to find that a cheap brush has lax quality control. But I do think some of those issues can be addressed with proper placement/storage of the brush, proper ventilation, and rinsing off the brush to remove any leftover soap/body wash/etc before storing.

Nice back brush
This was a nice brush of good quality. The bristles were a little soft for my taste. Also, it would be nice to have some sort of rope to hang the brush with.

nice, sturdy, long, exactly as advertised
very nice, well made, soft bristles, got for a back scratcher, almost 2 soft but may be wont be puttin scratches on my back, lol slight bend in handle, long probably keep it out of the water but should hold up awhile if used in shower, rinse and dry it well as i always air my shower out afterwards to prevent moisture and mold, it is called a fan. synthetic bristles

Great design, shape, length and stiffness
Have had this brush for four years. It is as good as it was when new. It is the right length, the bristles are just the right stiffness - not too firm or soft, and the head and shaft are a great shape and size.

Too soft
I gave it a 3 because it is well-made. However, I can't give it a 5 because the bristles are so soft that I don't feel like this brush gets me clean. This would probably be great for someone with extremely thin and easily harmed skin. But for most of us, this just won't do the cleaning job.

Excellent bath performer.
I have been using these bath brushes for years. I think they are the "Goldilocks" of bath brushes: not too hard, not too soft, but just right.I will continue to use this as my source of gentle scrubbing assistance.

Soft Bristles for Gentle Back Washing
I like the Eco Tools Bath Bristle Brush, it does the job well enough. The length is good, with the handle being 12" and the brush head being 5" long for a total length of 17". I like that it's made from renewable bamboo. The bristles are soft, they lather up nicely with body wash and work well to gently scrub my back without worrying about it scratching if I press too hard. (I'm a woman in my 60's with dry, sensitive skin.) There is a ribbon through a hole at the top of the handle to make hanging the brush to dry easy. The handle does have a slight arc to it, but it's not enough (see 1st picture, it doesn't lie flat). I wish there was more of a curve - it is just a little bit awkward to connect the bristle head to my back without contorting my arm overhead and sideways. I have reduced range of motion in both shoulders, so a curved handle would be better. I also wish there was more of a hand grip- when your hands are wet and soapy, it tends to be hard to maintain a good hold as you're reaching and scrubbing. Compared to not having any back brush, this is absolutely a lot better. I can wash my back now, whereas before I simply couldn't reach. Overall, this a good, inexpensive brush, with the best part being the soft bristles.
