I got this because we have a bit of a midge problem on our land and our new pony was suffering within a couple of days, in spite of a good fly rug.I find it more effective than anything else we’ve tried on them - and we’ve tried all sorts!I use this on their undersides and down the insides of their hind legs, plus ears and noses (they all wear fly masks). The smell isn’t bad and two pumps will do a good area of undercarriage.I also use the midge repellent spray on legs (it’s thick enough to pump into my hand and apply that way, so my spray-shy TB finds it very tolerable.Highly recommended!

Easy to apply even in the field on a “I hate everything smelly” horse - seems to do the trick - no horrid little black flies along the belly or around his sheath - happy days!
