Mmmmm, it is an adaptor from UK to USA sockets. Not much more to add.

Great value
Whilst these may not be the most the most robust adapters they are more than capable of doing the job required. with sensible use they will last for years. The two pins rotate so that the adapter can be used for both Australian and similar fittings , as well as for the USA. At that price (half that of most competitors) what is not to like?
