1/2-13 Serrated Flange Hex Lock Nuts, Stainless Steel 304, Bright Finish, Quantity 10 by Fastenere

I used these for building my ARROW metal shed instead of the ones provided. The flange seals and holds better on the sheet metal than just the regular nut provided in the kit. I also bought the matching stainless steel #8 bolts. The problem was that some of the nuts do not thread to the bolts. I had to pre-thread the nuts to the bolts before assembly so I knew they would work and then throw away the rest of the nuts that did not. Better quality control would have saved me a lot of time.

This product arrived well packaged and much earlier than anticipated. It actually arrived before the Amazon Prime orders placed at the same time. It is exactly as advertised and the first 4 we used performed flawlessly. I am assuming all the ones left in the package to use at another time will be just as good. There were no messed up threads or sharp barbs left on the metal.

hex size not as advertised, these aren't 7/8" across the hex, they are 3/4" across the hex and they aren't 1 1/8 dia, they are 1" dia. , this is false advertisementBottom line: these didn't fit on my bike and returns aren't an option.

High quality product. Nice clean threads and appearance and works like a charm. Would recommend to anyone.

I hadn't thought about buying stainless but the price is cheaper than buying nickel coated at retailers. I like the fact that I don't have to come up with a washer for most uses.

Fit like it should. I ordered it for a harley exhaust flange nut replacement. A lot better deal here than at Harley
