Overall I honestly don't see how, unless you got a bad batch, you could strip the "head" of these bolts. Don't use them to tighten something that needs more torque than the bolt can handle. For my situation, it was ideal. Would buy these or any other fastener from this "company" iexcell again. Regarding the pictures: The first picture is a "before" of the brand new phillips head screws that were used and already on their way to stripping, and the second is the brand new iexcell bolts.
