To start, Wow what an amazing sofa! Yes at first it takes some getting use to as the sofa seems quite firm however I now find this extremely comfortable it is almost like memory foam, but when you just look at the sofa it is stunning, with also both storage and a bed! I spent weeks going to several furniture shops trying to find one and a similar sofa in the UK with all of these extras would typically cost you around £1200 amazing! However one thing I will have to mention is the two delivery drivers both Darius and Dean! They went above and beyond to make sure this sofa was delivered on time and making the impossible, possible. They had a serious task getting this sofa up and in my head did not think this would be possible as I live in an old town house converted in to flats with the tightest staircase ever made, however this did not stop them they went and got a hand drill took off all of the necessary parts to make it go up and re assembled it in the flat whilst having a nightmare of a day being in traffic for 3 hours but remaining with a smile on their faces! I ordered a sofa from a well-known furniture company but it never showed any sign of being delivered so I cancelled and ordered this instead. I ordered it on the Wednesday and it came on the Monday around lunch time. I got a text that had a link to a map that had told me where the delivery men where, which was constantly updated. The sofa itself is amazing. It looks great and is bigger than I expected. I have a bad back and wanted a firm sofa so it ticks those boxes. The material looks quality and seems both durable and comfortable. I’ve not used it as a bed but the marvellous delivery guys who unpacked and assembled it gave me a demo and it looked impressive. Good storage inside too. As others have said, the arms are maybe a bit too low but that’s a very tiny issue.

I had imagined the sofa to be a bit bigger, but that's my fault for not looking at the measurements properly. My feet are sticking out over the chaise and I'm not that tall. The part where you sit on is a bit narrow. The cushions in your back are great and soft, but the couch itself is quite hard. I do like the grey material, and the sofa bed is very easy to get out. The storage is a plus, although it's not that big. I guess it's value for money, but if you're looking for something very comfortable, then I would say spend the few hundred £ extra which I wish I had done.

I was a little skeptical about the sofa, whether the size would be good, whether it would be comfortable to sleep on, and I can say that this is the best sofa I have ever sat on. And I spend a lot of time sitting and lying on it, and also the pull-out bed is very comfortable. At least that's what the guests said.

Absolutely love this corner sofabed. Love the storage, I keep the spare duvet in it and pillow. Every Friday evening I set it up into the bed and spend the wknd on it with my dogs, it's perfect, nice and easy to convert from sofa to bed. Looks beautiful too. Delivery men were amazing, I live in a first floor flat and they kindly brought it up stairs for me, I can't lift anything due to an disability I have, they were wonderful, they took all the packaging off and set it up for me and showed me how to set it up into the bed and back again, they weren't here very long at all, and even took the packaging downstairs with them on their way out, I managed to get it all in the recycling bin too. I would highly recommend these and in the future if I need a new sofa I shall most definitely be using these, kept me up to date also with the delivery. Amazing product and service.

We got it a couple of months ago for the apartment we were moving to. Unpacked it recently as we finished moving and all other new furniture is in place, but unfortunately as you can see on the pictures, the back of it is just broken. The hangers are just randomly attached to some loose fabric and that’s it. It keeps falling out too, whatever we did it just falls out like that and it’s disappointing after paying £500 for it. Contacted them, I got a reply saying the customer service will assist me better with my issue, but haven’t heard from them yet and we’ll see if I ever will, cause they don’t seem to be in a hurry. The rest of the couch is not amazing either, it’s quite hard and uncomfortable. The design is great, but that’s about it when it comes to pros. Just feels like it’s made extremely cheap, which doesn’t surprise me as mine is literally broken without even using it yet. I don’t know, I’m just hoping I can solve it somehow. I’ll update the review once they finally contact me and give me their options. So I contacted them, first they tried to lie to me and said that if their people didn’t set up my sofa upon delivery, then I have no warranty rights. So I said I’ll go to small claims court then, cause it’s £500 we’re talking about and they provided me with a faulty item. So they offered to send people who delivered it to my house to check if it’s assembled correctly. Sent them pictures of the broken parts and said it’s not an assembly issue and I don’t want an appointment. So I woke up to a text to my phone number, that they booked in an appointment with someone, who’ll come to me on Monday and do an assessment. They completely ignored me saying I don’t want an appointment, we already had one on our own and this this is simply broken. Moreover, me and my fiancée work 12 hours shifts, so we won’t even be home and I won’t bother to call and cancel the appointment I said I don’t want, it’s their problem from now on. They don’t listen, they try to lie to you, they’re not helpful at all, they just want to keep your money and they’re disrespectful. Customer service is horrendous, their product is cheap which shows in more than one way, besides being delivered broken. I don’t have time to argue like kids with people, who ignore my proofs of damage and what I’m saying. So yeah, don’t buy from them. They are shady and scammy. Save your money, get something else. EDIT: almost 3 weeks later and I had to file A-Z claim against them. Thankfully I was still eligible. When I filed the claim they CALLED ME and they were like “ once you cancel the claim we’ll be able to come up with a date for us to collect the sofa and after we have it you’ll receive the refund within a week “. As Amazon CS told me, the seller CANNOT call you and they CANNOT ask you to cancel the claim. I only filed the claim after few days of trying to come to a solution with them, but they were saying my warranty is void, cause I didn’t use the free setup service they offer. Even Amazon guy was like, it’s complete bs and they have promise of 5 years guarantee in the description, but then they’ll do everything to not allow you to use it. Once you have a problem, they don’t care cause they have your money anyway. Super shady. Avoid.
