Inconsistent dimming and brightness (but seller sent another set)
I bought a 6-pack of Hizashi LED Candelabra Bulbs. Three of them work fine, but the other three have dimming problems. They don’t turn on until the dimmer is set to about halfway, and then they suddenly get very bright. The electrician who installed the ceiling light threw away the packaging for four of the bulbs, so I can’t return them.I’ve contacted the seller and will update my review once I hear back or get the issue sorted out.Update [2025-05-24] The seller promptly sent a new set of bulbs and they work fine. This is good customer care and I'm updating my rating. I'll give another update based on longevity.

Good replacement for incandescent bulbs.
Bulbs are just as described. They look great and will last much longer than incandescent bulbs.

These bulbs create less heat, are more power efficient, and are brighter than the non-LED bulbs I replaced. They will likely last a lot longer as well.

Good bulbs, good support, and dimmable
I bought this package of 12 bulbs to fit a new hanging light fixture which I purchased for my dining room. The light fixture takes 5 bulbs but I could not find a package of 5 so I had to buy 12. Unfortunately, one of the five bulbs I initially put in the fixture had a "flicker" which was very noticeable. I did not test the other 7 bulbs in the package, but I probably should have as if there was 1 bad one in 5 then statistically there could be at least 1 more. Anyway, the package had a card inside with an email address for service so I emailed them with my order number etc and they sent me a $2 refund after 3 weeks for that one bad bulb. No apology or note, just the $2. I give them 5 stars despite the obvious quality lapse because they made good on it and I just had my coffee and am in a generous mood this morning as I write this. :-)Incidentally, I also installed a Lutron Ariadni dimmer with the light fixture and these bulbs work with it. I've had mixed results in the past with LED bulbs and dimmers so one more reason for the 5 stars.
