I have a handicap adult family member who has Alzheimer's. This helped with getting them to the doctor without having to worry about them unbuckling their seat belt and opening the door. I would recommend this product to anyone who has someone with Alzheimer's or even a handicap child with autism. This product may work if your seat belt is very simple and skinny, however I was unable to fasten the seatbelt with this attachment on in our 2022 Honda Odyssey so I would beware when your buying that it definitely does not work in all cars!
