Latest update February 6th 2017 I contacted Amazon customer support a very friendly representative had a replacement order on its way to me in a matter of minutes. So in all I guess the moral of the story is mistakes happen but you can't go wrong with Amazon. Updated product review February 5th 2017 initially I was pleased with the quality of this product and pleasant Aesthetics and ease of installation. I installed it immediately upon receipt finishing a small 8 by 8 bedroom in only a couple of hours. However after just a few weeks of use I'm quite disappointed to see the tiles are beginning to delaminate, they are not peeling up from the floor they remain well adhered the marble Graphics are actually separating from the backing. It is not doing this on every tile, in my first review I reported on how poorly the tiles had been packaged allowing the corners of many of the tiles to be damaged I believe this damage maybe what triggered the peeling. I still believe that this is a quality product that was damaged in shipping I intend to contact Amazon to see if they will replace the order I will follow up with a review at that point. The original review. The quality this product seems to be respectable. I used it in my bedroom the day it arrived on a bare wood floor. The product adhered to the floor well without any prep other than cleaning I did experience one or two problem areas where the floor itself had imperfections but with the use of a heat gun and a little bit of attention I overcame these problems. The tile looks outstanding it appears to be a floor costing much more. I was not impressed with the way the tile was packaged four packages of tile in a large box with three jumbo bubbles. This allowed the packages to slide around in the Box damaging the corners of some of the tiles. The product was extremely easy to cut using only scissors allowing me to do an 8 by 8 room in my camper in under 2 hours. Having lived with the floor now for almost two weeks I have no complaints it is cheap enough that I intend to keep extras around in case I damage them at a later date. For the price I would say this product is an excellent value. I believe that this is a Five Star product and is well represented on Amazon, however I am removing one star for for the awful way it was packaged for shipping.

I have never done flooring before & this tile was fun & easy to set. I recommend dancing on the tiles with a friend to strengthen the seal before returning furniture to the area. Instead of buying trim, I cut extra tiles into 4" strips. While these tiles adhere easily & well to subflooring, they don't to walls, so I bought a small tub of tile adhering compound to stick them to the walls. I sealed the spot where floor meets wall with Insta-trim flexible adhering trim & was very pleased with the end result. I was especially pleased with the over-all cost for my 5'X5' laundry room: Total $45($20 for 40 tiles (2pkgs), $5 for tile adhering compound, and $20 for Insta-trim strips)I highly recommend these tiles!

It does look nice but its very thin compared to others I have used. I cut it with a pair of scissors ! Didn't stick well right after I put it down but after walking on it, its fine ! Lost one * because its thin !

Looks great but only after I went through hell. The product says that the tiles are self adhesive. Well I can tell you that they were tacky at best. After hours; oops I means days of cutting, (which this was the easy part) measuring the tiles, and mocking up everything. Cause I didn’t want to waste the material and limit my frustration. I ended up frustrated anyway. Started to pull off the paper backing to expose the glue side to find out half way through that they pull up on the edges and curled. Only the centers would stick somewhat. Solution was I had to go and buy at the local hardware store some adhesive and pull up the tiles one by one and use that to have them stay in place and not lift. But end result is beautiful and worth it. Cleaning is a breeze, and made my bathroom remodel complete. So just be prepared to have to use an adhesive to keep them down. Good luck!

At first I was pretty impressed by the simple and easy installation. Then the next day I went downstairs and roughly 10% of the tiles were lifting. It gets worse. I had no choice but to continue as I had half my basement covered. Well, one box had tiles with all broken corners, every tile. Just past halfway the shading/color changed. At first I started patching them in so it looked planned and natural. Then, the last 7 boxes were completely different! My floor looks ridiculous. There is no way to get a hold of anyone so I personally can not recommend this product. Looking back I thought it was strange to receive several shipments from several locations. Should have been a red flag but I honestly didn't know there could be dye lot issues. Also, there are some funky lines, at various places in the tiles. Like a roller mark or something. Finally, they aren't all the same size. I have pics that show them lined up perfectly and it is like 1/32 smaller but when this adds up it's pretty jenky looking up close. I have this tile in my washroom, it’s held up for over 3 years, just replaced old 50’s tile in kitchen, taking a wear from my grandson with his car , so far no problems, I did have to use a little adhesive to make sure tiles stay in place , I love this product, when your on a tight budgetI go diy , I have no complaints, love the lookFast delivery thank you

I am using this flooring for the bottom of a hamster cage to protect the wood floor and can tell it will work perfectly for my project. It will go over wood that is painted with non-toxic waterproof paint and then will be further sealed with a non-toxic sealer called mod podge. It has an adhesive back that is protected by a piece of wax paper that can be peeled off. The thing I like most about this flooring is that it is thin, so I can easily cut it to any shape with a simple pair of scissors if needed.

Putting this in furnace room so a little lax about its adherence. Would not buy again.
