New item received within a week and working perfectly. Great chrome book for the price, nice looks, lovely screen for watching programmes and nice and fast. Thoroughly recommend both seller and product.

I'm not disappointed with this, as at £249, you can't beat the value of this chromebook.I opted for the 32GB version, so it doesn't have the backlight keyboard. The backlight is only available on the FHD 128GB version. This does have a Micro SD slot, which is great for expanding your storage upto whatever you feel you need, if you are going to be app heavy. As this is a 32GB, you actually only get about 21GB out of it, but the whole point of a chromebook is that everything is cloud based. A tip for ensuring that all your files are saved to the Cloud automatically and not downloaded to your chromebook, would be to create a folder in google drive for downloads and then in settings to designate this folder for all your downloads to be saved in it. That way, you're not using up valuable GB space on your chromebook.The keyboard is nice and smooth, similar to a Mac keyboard. The trackpad is pretty good too, responsive to light touch and the 3 finger swipe is a nice feature that you don't get on traditional Windows or Mac laptops.The screen quality isn't amazing but decent, though for me it isn't that big of an issue as I use this for study and writing with google docs. I've downloaded and watched Netflix on it and the screen isn't sharp and the angles aren't great, but if you're not expecting 4k FHD quality, it's fine.The battery life is really good though, compared to some more expensive laptops. Because of the aluminium chassis, this looks and feels more expensive than it is.If having a webcam is important to you, then you'd probably be better off looking for something else or buying a separate webcam, as the built-in one on this is terrible.I have a Samsung S9 phone and it connected to it straight away with no issues. I connected my bluetooth headphones, and again, no issues. Just turned my headphones on and the chromebook searched for it and connected. My headphones are a very cheap generic brand, so I was impressed.I bought this as a portable addition to my Windows PC, but honestly, the more I use this, the more I feel I could happily transition to using just Chromebooks for everything that I would normally do with Windows. But to do that, I would probably need a chromebook with a 8GB RAM and a 128-256GB memory.Overall, this is a pretty decent chromebook for a cheap price and for a first time user of chromebooks or someone who isn't concerned with high end specs. It's fast and functions well for my personal needs of surfing the web, using google docs, studying on Open University, watching YouTube and the occasional movie. But if you want high productivity and gaming, then you'll need something with a bit more bite. I would recommend.

I bought this to replace my deceased MacBook Pro. This cost a fifth of the price and is great. I store all my files on the Google Drive anyway, so this was an easy switch to make. Great battery life and brilliant screen.

The screen is a tiny little bit dim from the anti glare thing. I keep pressing the search button when typing but that's something i'll get used to I think.Overall the Chromebook is very good for the money I spent. Just a disappointment that there is no backlit keyboard.The keyboard has been put down on some reviews on youtube but I quite like it. The keys press really nicely. The mouse pad is really nice too. Its so easy to use and this is my first chromebook. So far I'm very please with it!

All good with this Chromebook. I definitely recommend although it was dearer than I expected to pay.

They have changed it now but no back light on this is an issue so returned
