I bought this for my camper and was very dissatisfied. It ran for 2 days and maybe had 3 oz in containor w/ 60% humidity. I tried it for a week and no improvement. I wound up buying a 30 qtr dehumidifier and put it in a corner and it works flawlessly.

I bought the dehumidifier for my bathroom. My bathroom is small but the dehumidifier can perfectly fit and save the space. It works very well. I tested it’s effect with my own monitor showing it works very well. However, I have to say there is some noise about the dehumidifier but I can bear it. Just notify you if you really mind of the noise.

This little dehumidifier is pretty loud. Works great if you like to have “white noise” as you sleep. The biggest downfall is that I’ve builds up over the air flow area and, as it melts, leaves a puddle on the floor. The unit does suck moisture form the air well, but I’m not happy with the puddle it leaves.

I bought this to remove the humidity from my RV, I mounted it on the wall in the bedroom area and it has been doing a decent job at removing moisture. It does seem to take a considerable amount of time to see the effects of what has been removed. After two weeks of running it has removed approximately a quart of water. It does say removes a pint per day. It has an automatic sensor so will not run unless humidity changes. Also has ultraviolet light to prevent bacteria buildup in the water reservoir. Unit will shut off if reservoir gets full. All in all very pleased.

Seems to be working OK, but frozen condensation is developing on the front of the unit. Plus, it doesn't seem to be collecting as much moisture as a similarly sized unit from a different manufacturer in the same room.

Heating unit has stopped working but the fan works. Basically useless without the heating unit. Messaged Pinlo and they have not responded because I want it replaced and it’s still within the warranty period.

I order this coz I live on 1stfl, when spring season comes my room could get very moist!This is perfect for my small living room, when it’s on, it’s has little sound but not as loud as u can not bare with it.The size is perfect for me to move it to my bathroom sometimes. and most importantly it has the UV gem kill. Help me to keep my bathroom nice and fresh.

I received the unit recently. While it is very compact and works as a dehumidifier unit, there's some concerns.First, the noise is pretty loud, especially coming from such a small size unit. Product maker advertised as quiet, which isn't the case at all.Secondly and most importantly, the power adapter is hot or too warm that I don't have confidence in leaving this on while I'm away, for I fear it might start a fire.In asking for these issues, support doesn't have their own product knowledge that there's no fan adjustment unit, telling me to switch it to low if it's too loud. But there's no fan adjustment.Also, initially, they didn't address the adapter being hot but later said, it's fine.Product comes with $10 gift card that you have to fill out at surveymoney but after entering their address, this is what surveymonkey website says."This survey is currently closed due to a violation of SurveyMonkey's terms of use."
