I use it for cooking and it gives a lovely flavour to food, but subtle enough that it's not overpowering. It smells great too - sweet, almost like buttery fudge. This is my go to brand now - I use it daily in all my cooking. I've recently tried to eat a more primal/paleo diet to limit milk proteins and lactose and although this is dairy, ghee is lactose and casein free. I believe it's also supposed to be anti-inflammatory due to the fatty acids in it, so it's a great healthy fat to cook with. This brand is quite pricey, but well worth it for the quality, plus it's organic.
