Q: How do i connect this mixer to my laptop?

You need a cable with a 1/8 " connector on one end which plugs into your headphone jack on your computer. On the other end of the cable you need RCA connectors. You can buy a 1/8" to RCA cables on Amazon. They have dozens to choose from. With that arrangement you can play music from your computer through the mixer. The output from the mixer is also RCA connectors. So you will need a cable with RCA connectors on one end which will be plugged into the output from the mixer and on the other end of these cables you will need either RCA connectors if you are plugging it into a home stereo amp or 1/4" connectors if you are plugging it into a DJ or band type amp sound system. If your laptop has bluetooth capability like mine does and like my ipad and iphone does, you connect via bluetooth. It is really simple. You just set the mixer to the bluetooth setting on channel 3 on the mixer and it will automatically find your laptop bluetooth signal and pair it(connect to it)

I think there is a front headphone jack for this. Not sure though

Yes, if use a Bluetooth transmitter like the one at the following link, but with Bluetooth there is always latency (delay) so it will be a little weird using a microphone. Works great for music though.
