Basic information regarding Keto
The first time I went into a Keto diet, I lost a large amount of unwanted weight. I was happy....but like most diets, I began to backslide. Loosen up and treat myself to more carbs than I should, which meant that the weight started to come back. I decided to get focused again and purchased this book, rather than spend time researching on the internet again.All the information in here is familiar, with handy tables and recipes. This has put me back on track and I am losing weight again. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the editing. When I want to quickly look something up, the table of contents will get you close - but clearly whoever did the page numbering didn't revise the table of contents after they inserted a bunch of chapter cover pages (which is honestly a waste of space in the book). So if you want to find the recipe for Bacon Veggie Dip, it is on page 288 not 276 like the table of contents states. Also there are a few places where spacing is weird (like two words on a line) that maybe contributed to the issue.All in all, its a decent read if you don't want to spend hours on Keto websites learning this all yourself, and the recipes are handy.

A Diet Plan That Actually Works
The author Kevin Davis knows how to put together a sensible diet plan that works. Many of these books/programs don't because they either take up too much time or are complicated in their approach to what losing weight is all about. Kevin's system is solid and he walks you through the simplicity of dieting, while keeping it simple and not overwhelming readers/dieters with loads of science and information they don't need. He tells you just what you need and backs up his work with practical recipes that can be put together easily, even if you don't like cooking. The directions for the recipes are easy to follow too. I really am enjoying this program and have seen results just in the last 2 weeks of having implemented it. There is more to go but with this book to detail the steps in an east-to-follow pattern I believe anyone can master losing weight.

I can do this....
This has to be the most enjoyable "how-to" books I have read.. I think I lost a couple pounds from just reading it.Its funny and fun but full of easy to understand factual information without the cult jargon and guilt trip wires..In today's vernacular, snowflake won't be "triggered"...but big burly brutes like me won't feel sissified either.We start today....30 years not too late.The author should be writing, not just teaching. I bet she could write a rocket science book and make it a fun read.Thank You Stephanie..

Most informative keto book I highly highly can’t stress enough to read this book.

Still waiting for someone to tell me what to do !
I am new to the Keto Diet scene. I have read various articles and recipes online and bought a magazine type book about it. So I know why Keto works and have some recipes to try but really wanted exactly what the title of this book said, "Just Tell Me What to Do" first, the best way to start, etc. I think this book is self published. The format is strange. Chapters begin on the left side and end with blank pages. I am a little less than half way through the book and have found a couple of misspelled words. The author is repetitious. He has told us why Keto works and what it means, etc, the same things everyone else starts with. He still hasn't said what to do.

Life Changing Book
I adopted and faithfully began to follow the ketogenic and intermittent-fasting lifestyle that is promoted in this book on January 21, 2018. As of today, November 8, 2018, I have lost 60 lbs! The book not only explains how to live this lifestyle, but also explains the reasoning and studies that support it. It is a must read for anyone that wants to adopt this lifestyle!

This book tells you exactly what to do.
I like that this book teaches you an entire lifestyle change and takes very little time to read. He tells you what to eat and when to eat it, but gives you plenty of options to fit all different walks of life. Kevin also fits in the basics of why the ketogenic diet works so you can further understand why you are doing this.
