I have been a physical therapist on many national tours of musicals and dance companies. Gloucosomine and Condroitin are always in my kit. They are either two enzymes and a hormone, or vice-versa. My husband swears by this for his hands. As he’s gotten older his hands and knee really act up often. I ordered this mainly for the pain from carpal tunnel. It turns out that it doesn’t provide much pain relief but it’s so nice for dry skin! I use it on my hands & feet every night they stay moisturized throughout the next day. My daughter has mild psoriasis, she has been using it and it’s helped her. It has a mild scent of eucalyptus, camphor but not too bad at all. So even if it doesn’t help much with the pain it’s worth every penny just for the skin benefits. I’ll be ordering more for myself and my daughters. I’ll never buy another hand lotion.

I am still on the the first jar. I use it 2-3 times a day. My knee seems somewhat better but I am holding judgement because I may need a full knee replacement. I do sleep better at night and going up and down stairs is less painful. If I don't need surgery then it will be easier to evaluate Aflexil overall.

I have good luck with this. Goes on creamy and smooth and really helps with pain. It has no odor.

I smell like an old lady but it seems to help the hip aches.

I have lots of foot paid due to Morton's neuroma. This has been a great help in cutting the pain way down in addition to my new HOKA Bondi 4 running shoes. I walk hardwood floors with almost no pain were before it was tough. I can't race or run Marathons (Over 75,000 logged miles) any more but I can walk 18 holes of golf and not have very much pain. At 75 you can't really ask for to much more. I feel this cream has made a big difference. It could be all in my head but what ever works is good for me.

As soon as I received it I used it on my joints, my hands were giving me trouble for a while and within minutes relief came this stuff really does penetrate to the joints quickly, it also works well on muscle pain! I will continue to buy this along side the Liquid to combat Joint discomfort. This product isn't just covering the problem like Ben Gay does its actually replacing needed Glucosamine and Chondroitin to your problem areas. If you work an 8+ hour job like I do at 59 you need extra help on long hours of standing and this product is a great help!
