Wheat bran is the outer layer of the wheat kernel, stripped away from the kernel during the process of milling. It’s an excellent source of dietary fibre, especially insoluble fibre, which is a valuable aid to digestive health.

USES: Hatton Hill Organic's wheat bran has a sweet, nutty flavour. It's an easy, healthy addition to a wide range of foods, particularly baked goods such as muffins, biscuits and breads. Use our organic wheat bran in mixes for pancakes and waffles, and sprinkle it into smoothies, yoghurt and cereals. You can even add it to soups, stews and casseroles to make them thicker and provide a healthy dose of fibre.
