Works well on my clipless pedals
Fits well in my Shimano PD-RS500 pedals and I use them when bike commuting. It feels solid and doesn't fall out when riding. I wear All Birds when riding to the office. My foot has not slipped off these adapters yet.To remove use a hex key from your bike tool or a screw driver. Insert it on the hole and turn it inwards with some force and it should come out.Definitely a must if you have one bike. Install these for your commute and wear your normal shoes. Take them off and clip in for those weekend long rides.

When wearing clipless SPD-SL shoes just doesn’t make sense….
We have a vacation planned in a few months where bikes are your primary means of transportation. I have recently gotten into road biking, so my primary bike is now a Giant Defy 3 with Shimano SPD-SL pedals. The thought occurred to me that it would not be very easy to bike to and from the beach with flip-flops on and those specific pedals, so I found this solution. They clip in easily and provide a stable platform for a regular shoe instead of a cycling specific shoe. They are tightly bound to the pedal, so it takes a little effort to get them out, but well worth the price and not having to replace the pedals or find another bike solution.

Works as intended
These work great for commuting, pedal face is a bit small but not much of an issue for me. Also is very easy to clip them in and out. I’ve seen a lot of people that say they have trouble. Just loosen the tension on your pedals when removing them and it is extremely easy.

Great SPD-SL Adaptor - Fits Shimano Ultegra Pedals
I recently purchased a new bike with Shimano Ultegra SPD-SL pedals. Since SPD-SL shoes are hard to get these days, I decided to give these a try to ride with regular sneakers while I waited for the shoes to arrive. It takes a bit of force to get the adapter to clip into the pedals, but once in place it stays securely. I read other comments of difficulty removing them from the pedals. It does take some effort to remove them. I found that the best way to do this is to insert a small screwdriver on the side hole of the adapter and twist the platform in a similar morion to what you do to disengage the SPD-SL shoes from the pedals. Overall is a great solution and gives me the option to ride the bike without special shoes.

No Issues. Fits my Shimano 105 clipless Pedals Perfectly
I bought a "new" used road bike the came with a set of clipless Shimano 105 PD – R7000 SPD – SL pedals and wanted to get used to riding it before diving into bike shoes. These work great for that. I've been using them a couple times a week for a couple months and they are serving their purpose. These aren't something you'd want to make permanent, I think, as they are rather small (but I knew that going in).

Pedals DO NOT fit
Pedals do not fit LOOK KEO pedals.Pedals are not manufactured correctly. They do not slide into the Pedals as shown.

These do not fit MY "SPD pedals".
I read the ad copy and ordered a set of these for my Wellgo SPD, roadbike pedals.I am Old School with bikes... My SPD pedals WERE roadbike pedals, back in the day. Now they appear to be some sort of MTN Bike pedal and these platforms do not fit the "SPD Mtn. Bike" pedal. They look sturdy, they're simple and inexpensive but they don't work for me.

Work well, hard to remove
A little small if you have big feet but got the job done. Very hard to remove from the pedals.
