DO NOT BUY FROM UAC
After10 weeks the compressor failed. Amazon gives a 30 day no hassles return. After that you have to deal with the manufacturer for any guarantee. The UAC website says UAC has a 1 year guarantee on all their products purchased from them. There is a phone number to UAC on the Amazon product listing. Call it and UAC will tell you the phone number is for technical support only. UAC says they do not sell to the public, and will not give you any guarantee. UAC claims you did not buy the product from them through Amazon, you bought the item from Amazon, who bought it from UAC.

Cheap and small
The compressor never came on. Will never buy or recommend this product. The reality of buying electronics off the internet.

Compressor is noisy
Everything went on fine and ac does blow cold but the compressor is very noisy and makes a humming noise that can be heard and felt. Also compressor did not have the high pressure cut off switch and had to swap but the seal used for the switch/plug was flat and leaked.. Works but with a catch.
