Great cook's spoon
This is a really sturdy spoon. It has a large, fairly shallow bowl which is great for wok cooking or using with any other metal utensils

These things last for ever, unless made in more than one part; imcludes plastic inside; gets put in an oven for hours until it melts.This one is one strong piece of steel so should last longer than the +25 years I had the last. I may not be so lucky.

When I cook with my aluminum pots, I like to have a strong and sturdy spoon - especially for moments when something may stick at the bottom. This spoon serves that purpose and more. Firm handle which is comfortable to hold so definitely easy to use.
