Received wrong item multiple times
Received a 5-4mm collet, the replacement arrived again as the wrong item a 1/8 inch collet instead of 1/4 inch, I cannot express how frustrating this is and how much of my time this has consumed. Even if these collets are amazing playing more than twice as much for one that would be right the first time sounds quite appealing.
