🌸 Grow Blue, Grow Bold – Your Garden’s Next Iconic Statement
Outsidepride Blue Flax Seeds offer 5000 perennial seeds that produce stunning light blue flowers growing 12-24 inches tall. Adaptable to USDA zones 3-10, these drought-tolerant plants thrive in full sun with minimal watering. They self-seed for continuous blooms, attract pollinators, and resist deer, making them ideal for small gardens, meadows, borders, or mass plantings.

Careful how you sow
Not having used this product, I got about 60-70% germination. Unfortunately I did not plant well, and the areas the seeds like overwhelmed, and the seeds it did not like did not germinate. Flax is not friendly to replanting unless they are over two years old, so sow sparingly and wait to spread them out, thinking as you go. But I must admit, those that did germinate flowered the first year in bad soul conditions for other flowers. I will be ordering more.

Outside Pride is the Way to Go !!
I’ve ordered directly from Outside Pride and through Amazon. I’ve probably ordered at least 30 different types of seed to sow on our 6 acres in Reno, Nevada. I’ve always been very happy with the products themselves —- seemingly high germination rates, great packaging with great instructions, good customer service. I would highly recommend Outside Pride if you’re looking for an excellent, extensive variety of seed for wildflowers, cover crops, or whatever your need is.

Did not grow
I tried several times to get these to germinate. The seeds must be old because only a few seeds sent shuts up and they shriveled.

Germination Test
Purchased these seed for next spring. The reviews was split so I assumed the risk.I tipped the packet, after it arrived, and the first 4 random seed to fall out was planted into a dryed out peat mix and then evenly dampened with the seed depth at approximately 1/16 to 1/8 of a inch deep. Then I best maintained the same moisture rate the best I could, if done in a yard or garden, I suggest a mist setting otherwise you'll wash them out. They began to germinate on the 3rd day.3 of them germinated so, 75%.I did notice that one of the seed had a green hue so I assume that it was immature.I looked back into the package and figured that approximately 8-10% has the same green hue.Assuming those with green are all immature, I'm looking at about 90ish% germination with this packet, which is very good and well worth the every penny of a little starter pack with so many seed. If I had more property, I would purchase a few pounds. The only reason for four stars is due to at the time of purchase, the details said that shipping was free for valid US mailboxes and I was still charged shipping.

Fast germination
Quick to germinate. Sown both in open area and in start in planter boxes, the open area sown is much more productive. Still weeks off from flowering.
