Organic Orecchiette Rigate, Whole Foods Market are delightful, toothsome and easy to prepare
These are great pasta-thick and smooth "little ears" that hold their sauces perfectly. While they are from a box, their texture could be mistaken for fresh pasta. They are thicker ("Rigate" in the name) and don't break apart while cooking, yet they boil the same as others do. They also made a perfect baked dish after par-boiling.

Great pasta! Worth the order.
While Amazon can't seem to pack it without crushing the boxes, the pasta itself is really good. If you order it, don't order heavy items along with it and you should be able to get an enjoyable pasta that is great in soups and many other dishes. Thicker, firm, dish shaped, pasta holds up well, tastes great and is very satisfying.

Excellent Orecchiette Pasta Whole Foods Brand
Excellent Orecchiette pasta. I saw a tv cook show Christina Cooks making an Orecchiette dish. I didn't have her cauliflower ingredient and found another recipe with kale, mushrooms, and onions in attached photo. There are other recipes using this tasty pasta with great texture. A good recipe is on the box.

Wonderful organic pasta option
We can’t find any organic pasta in the store where we live so this is a perfect affordable solution. I make pasta for my daughter a lot and it tastes great and I get the piece of mind of it being organic. No complaints- tastes delicious.
