Very study! Built very well as I would expect from Smeg. Works a treat especially the begal setting which I also use for teacakes. Lifts up ok so that you can take out easily. Easy to use. Toasts evenly. We'll pleased!

Very stylish product, a little pricey but super cool toaster for any kitchen. Toasting works well however even better results are achieved from frozen bread with the ‘defrost’ function and the toaster copes well with extra thick toast sliced which I love !!!

FORGET REPLACING THE ELEMENTS
came all wrapped up well.gave our old smug to daughter has the elements gone on one side so toasted one side only. looked to see for repair yikes it is a nightmare forget that!!!! so here we are. love the two by two so saving the elements on oneall in all its a smug. sorry SMEG. . all looks BUT DOES THE JOB
