Why did you pick this product vs others?:Good product

Extremely Disappointed with the product. It's only been 3 months and it has stopped working, with 1 year warranty. Have placed multiple complaints on their customer care number and WhatsApp, with the video and the invoice as they required but what They do is send you the inside material and have the audacity to ask the customer to get it repaired by the local technician. Well @ibell is this your constomer service? I want the total refund or the replacement of the entire product. They do not reply you back ...they take a complete day to reply on WhatsApp neither do they check whether their product is working or not after registering the complaint. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!! PLEASE DON'T GO WITH IBELL INDUCTION OR ANY OF THWIR PRODUCT'S.

Thanks to Amazon for delivering the product in time i.e. 30-7-2021. However there are major issues with I bell company and the producti)i bell induction cook top model IBL 10YO. This model does not have Auto function facility, where as both Amazon and by I bell company in their product manual has given wrong information stating this model has Auto functionii)In the product manual, there is no mention about company name, address, phone number, customer support phone number or mail id which shows how negligently the company is workingiii)There is total confusion with regards to WARRANTY. The company and also Amazon have not mentioned correct information which is totally unacceptable. Any issue with the product, we have send the product to their head office at our Kerala (once again the company has never mentioned address anywhere) and we have to google to find the address which is in kerala.iv)Once again there is confusion with regards to additional warranty for which we have to send whats app and we never get any official confirmation on this.Here even Amazon company has to understand that, public buy product since it is sold by Amazon. However, Amazon company should clarify all the points with the company before selling the same to avoid any hardship to the customers. people blame Amazon and not the company finally.v)Customer mail id bounces back and no one will attend the calls properlyvi) I did not see anywhere ISI mark, type of coil used, type of plate used etc. This is normal basic model and the company is selling at Rs.1600 which is expensive

The power consumption seems to be very high and time required for getting the water boiled is double the time compared to Havels. Push button is very low quality hence it seems to be get complained within lesser period. Plastic quality is very cheap like low cost toys. Overall quality is very poor. We may feel that the warranty of 3 year will cover our damage. But the warranty is only on registration with them on watsapp. after registration they will send copy of warranty certificate in pdf. If you lost the same from phone these people will cheat you. They will never give you the copy again. So better to buy Havels or v guard

I had bought this product for an emergency use but I have not used it yet because of some personal work and now when I'm trying to use it , I'm very unhappy with this deal because it's just useless it's not starting also I'm requesting that a respected person must and should response to us and get it backI thought I'm taking a good choice but what I thought was just a waste thought because my father told me that he will buy it for me but I thought it will be good if I order it from Amazon so I trusted it and ordered it and now results are these im suffering from my dad's curse he is angry on me and stopped talking to me so please quickly take action

FirstlyIt was not at all working properly.SecondlyWaste of money i just want to say please go with the brand like prestige n other.ThirdlyIts your luck that it will work or not. Its like chines product. Very bad quality plasticFourthly and very importantIt comes with only 1 year warranty not two years as shown in image. When you call support number they are not going to reply you properly. Another thing which i want to add today on 30 oct 2022 it is not working i connected to their customer care they are saying you purchased from amazon there will be 0 days warrenty available

Ideal for those who are looking for value for money. No usual pre-programmed buttons which are all useless in my experience. This has all the useful features like power control, temperature control and timer besides voltage and temperature protection. That is all one needs an induction intelligently. Amply powered with 2000w. Reasons for reducing a star is a very badly written manual beyond comprehension with irrelevant stuff about some infrared cooker. More importantly registering on their site for extended warranty only ends with "Will get back later" and nothing has happened for a month. So fingers crossed about the warranty on this machine.IbellCare called after this review and thereafter emailed the additional warranty. And hence given 5 star. Another minor drawback on this unit is the power cord is only a metre long, quite constraining in a kitchen.After 6 months, unit shows E0 with any utensil. With 2 months of continuous follow up, no action taken. 2 years WARRANTY IS MEANINGLESS if there is no service support anyway!
