Would these boots be ok for walking fast/running around on concrete all day?

These aren't the most comfortable boots I've worn, but they are reasonably comfortable. For an all-day on concrete the lack of breathe-ability would make your feet hot, and the foot bed is OK, not cloud-like however.

Is this really a steel toe shoe? I have the same model and mine is a soft toe.
