I can’t get enough of authors work so Imm biased. He really speaks to me. I think it’s important to fond the authors that speak to you since the truth they all talk about is pretty much the same just worded differently

I found the lectures of Mickey Singer in this audiobook very powerful. I have been applying them already and am seeing great results with less stress and more flow. I am using my work as a path to spiritual growth - which was never an idea I had before. Recommended!

In this audio recording, Michael Singer elaborates on his approach to work as a spiritual practice which he already discussed in his previous book, the surrender experiment. To summarize, work is not about finding personal fulfillment. It is an arena where you expose yourself to challenges that are going trigger your "inner garbage". Every problem you encounter then becomes an opportunity to let go of your ego self whose only preoccupation is getting what it wants and avoiding what it doesn't want. It is only when you progressively let go of the lowest part of yourself that you can be fully present to what life brings forth to you, and contribute to the unfolding of the universe in a creative and productive way. It it short, clear and concise. I thoroughly enjoyed it!

This is one of those rare life-changing books. I have needed this since decades ago and am glad I finally found its truth.
