Cooked up a brisket and a pichanna roast using this, then bought some more for next time. Great stuff, will be keeping this on hand now.

I like this seasoning. It is a salt pepper garlic mix, might have a little paprika in it cause it’s a little red and as Matt describes it pepper forward seasoning. So you could buy SPG all day long that’s pepper forward. The uniqueness of the season is the shape of the pepper. It’s very uniform. It’s round. It’s just the right level of crunchiness. You would think pepper is pepper but because of the way this pepper has been processed It’s different than anything else you’ll use sometimes when I need pepper I just use this.

The flavor blend is amazing. They have several products but if you can’t decide, start with this one first. We have had this on different meats. It is just an amazingly good rub.

Use sparingly!!!! Extremely salty. Watched a lot of videos before I used this and it was used generously so I figured you needed that much. Test on a small piece of meat before you waste a large brisket, ribs or roast. I wasted a whole rack of ribs, threw it in the trash as it was extremely salty. I will def use it again but not so much.
