Love this Bed frame
The other frame I had bought I gave to my son and I bough this one for me. It has been perfect for the quest room / my office. I work 2nd shift so sleeping there has been a blessing. No strange noises from the frame either and I have LVT flooring. I only had to move the bed once and the center legs sits on a scrap piece of carpet since I had leftover flooring under the bed. So I had plenty of room under it to have there and 2 storage containers as well with no issues. Delivery was about a week which was no problem for me to wait and I was also waiting on new Mattress too.You don't need a box spring as this is a platform bed because if you do your adding that extra height on top of the height of the Frame and your mattress would be over the foot board and maybe the Headboard. So don't add a Box Spring trust me you won't need it. My new mattress is 13' thick and the height I believe was 13" for the total of 26" and that was tall enough for me to get into bed.

After two years...
This is a very attractive bedframe. After two years it still looks brand new. However it squeaked from day one. So much so I didn't sleep in it every night. I could hear my husband tossing and squeaking around in the bedroom as I was couch bound. It always needed to be tightened.BUT...after two years we found a solution! When we moved and had to put the frame back together, my husband ditched the tiny screws that came with the frame and used some big ole honkin' bolts instead. That frame is solid now. I wish we would have done this from the get go.Get yourself some big ole honkin' bolts and you will be 100 percent satisfied.I hope this review after two years of ownership helps with your decision.

Great Frame, Irritating Packaging
1. I ordered this bed frame but it took me roughly 3 weeks to assemble it due to a busy lifestyle. I finally got around to putting it together — with help. Unboxing this was the most frustrating aspect because unwrapping ALL of the many parts took about 1 hour alone — irritating really, so take this into consideration.2. There are SO many pieces to this bed that I contemplated returning it, but I obviously didn’t. After all that time unboxing it the assembly instructions are visual only and some of the parts can appear confusing when trying to assemble the bed. I had help with the assembly but in total it took (us) about 2.5 hours.Overall, the bed frame looks nice when fully assembled. It’s light but sturdy. However, the packaging needs improvement because it’s just too much and too time consuming to unbox and unwrap it all. I bought the full size frame since I’m using it for now and will eventually return this into a guest bed (again) in the future.

Screws and Ball Caps
This frame was delivered busted out of the packaging and one corner of the frames end was bent. I had to be meticulous putting it together. DO NOT TIGHTEN TO SCREWS BEFORE CONNECTING EVERYTHING! YOU WILL HAVE TO SHAPE EVERY PIECE TO FIT TOGETHER WITH LOOSE SCREWS!The project took 3 hours with one person. Probably would have only take 2 hours or less with two people. Overall, my mattress is really thick so it covers most of the bottom railings. Also, don’t screw in the decorative ball caps until AFTER you put the mattress on the rack. My bottom ball cap bent and is ruined now so I only have 3 caps on it.This is sturdy and nice looking. Glad to be off the floor finally.

cheap garbage not sturdy!
If I could give this no stars I would. The legs broke within 2 days. Queen size frame...my husband and I are not gigantic people. He weighs 220lbs and I way 165lbs. ...nothing crazy just getting in and out of the bed and the medal literally broke. There was a window of opportunity to send it back for a refund, however, the GIANT box this came in was thrown away after we put it together. We didn't think we would need to save the box because the bed should've lasted much longer. I went to several local stores to see if I could buy a box that these parts would fit in so I could send it back. I never did find one and my work schedule kept me from being able to keep seeking one out. That's why I bought online in the first place. Now we have a bunch of pieces of broken medal bed that we cannot use or send back. I wasted upward of $130 and time along with the frustration of my mattress now being on the floor and not having a box spring because I tossed that too when this frame came in (because it was supposed to not need one, I suppose if it stayed together). All that's left now is to figure out how to throw all this crap away.

Pretty Bed - But Mattress Slides Off Platform
The bed looks really great, but the mattress slides off the platform too easily. They provide four brackets to prevent this, but they only give you about 1/2” of barrier which just isn’t enough. Also, be prepared to spend about an hour putting it all together. It comes in a lot of parts!

Sturdy
Great frame for the money. I was looking for a frame that wouldn't let my mattress slide and I found this one. It has side pieces at the bottom and top on both sides that help the mattress stay in place and they work. I am a tossing and turner so it helps keep the mattress in place even with the plastic bottom mattress cover. Doesn't sway or shift. I recommend rubber bottoms on legs if you have hardwood floors or the bed will slide. I glued rubber pieces on the bottom of the 4 large legs and that works great. I would buy again.
