Great product
Great for proofing baguette dough. Really like them and need them to keep baguette shape until time to bake.

Works as advertised
Though I do like and will continue to use this proofing basket, it is not the easiest to clean. I wish there was a removable/washable liner included...especially for the price. That being said, I believe it worked very well and produced a beautiful baguette! I will definitely continue using it.
