You touch them to turn them "on" - they pair instantly and there ya go - wireless in-ear monitors for under $75.00.Service? Did you ask about Koogo Service?Let me tell you - I had a problem with one of the USB charging jacks on one of the units... I didn't want to return them to Amazon - I wanted it fixed, so I wrote to Koogo Support and I had a new SET in less than 3 days. Keep the old ones, and here's a NEW KOOGO SET for FREE!
