Zink no longer makes the inkless label cartridges for the little hAppy portable printer. I use this little label maker a lot. I was down to my last roll of Zink labels and I was getting worried because I was not sure where to purchase more inkless labels. I just happened to be scrolling through the items for sale on Amazon and I noticed one lady was selling her Zink hAppy and she had Brother labels with her printer. I sent her a private message the I sent an e-mail to Zink to ask about compatibility. I purchased the Brother inkless labels and they work perfectly in my hAppy. I am glad I found these Brother labels and I will purchase them again.

As always a great label for color and picture printing. Plug and play makes it easy to use. Super strong sticker hold.

Needed paper for my HP Sprocket panorama and this was available for quicker delivery. I can confirm that the paper works in the sprocket, but you have to remove it from the cartridge and put it onto the roller in the sprocket. Otherwise it works the same

Update #2: Zink Customer Service reached out, and alerted me that I was using firmware from 2014. (!) While the update process would never totally complete (firmware still says "2014"), going through the update process apparently fixed what was wrong, because the Zink Happy printer will now recognize and use the Brother-branded cartridges, which is good, b/c there are no more Zink 2-in cartridges (trust me, and save yourself the time. I spent a week looking). We have printed dozens of photos now with this set up, so hopefully it continues to work through all the Brother rolls I bought. Docking just one star for 1) customer service availability (I bought an unnecessary 2nd Brother printer while waiting for answers), and 2) while the product is the overall best features set (only printer that works over wifi), picture quality is still a little mushy. Grateful to customer service for ultimately resolving. Original review (one star): Disappointed because the answers from Zink on this page describe the 2-inch Brother roll as compatible with the Zink branded Zink Happy printer. I ordered 4 of them and found this is not the case. Further disappointed in customer service, as I've tried to reach Zink at their 888 number all week, which just goes to what sounds voicemail. Will try to update if I ever hear from them. See attached picture. The error message is "no zroll." Update: Zink customer service contacted me last night asking for more info and re-iterated it's compatible. I've provided them the info and will update if I hear back.

It worked well with the Brother Printer. No issues there. The only thing is printing dark backgrounds, there is slight bleeding. But love it.
