Works well, and it is the right size and brightness for an easy spot in the dark. Put one in a bar and it never fails to light the way in the darkness when I walk by. Great price. Easy to use.

I have used this for several months and it works well so far it is easily mounted . It helps to notify you with lighting when something is detected. Is is great for a safety guide. When I pull into my driveway it lights up the area and guides m up our back stairs. The light remains on for approximately 30 seconds each time it is activated. When he light gets a little dimmer, you simply need to replace the batteries.

This is a very easy light to set up. Take it out of the box, unscrew the top gently and easily and insert 3 AA batteries. The light immediately starts working, no settings or on/off switch. There is a manual and also it's pretty self-explanatory. Why the stickers on the lights then restating the directions?!?!?!! Could get the sticker off, so annoying. Also you cannot point this light downward And there is no reason why it should not be able to. You can get a two pack where each is much cheaper than this 1. Other than that it's a nice, easy, bright light.

Purchased some rechargeable motion lights from big box store for my basement stairs which I have to recharge at least once a week. This Honeywell light lights the stairs better and motion detection works much better than the rechargeable lights I purchased and is half the price. Sometimes you have to move halfway down the stairs for the rechargeable lights to come on where the Honeywell lights as soon as I open the basement door.

Very bright. Went blind putting it up lol. Easy to put the batteries in. It works great. It's about 7-10 feet for the motion sensor to trigger on it.

Decent battery life, bright enough to use on a walkway entrance, motion detection was adequate. The problem, which was apparent from the first look, is that there was no gasket to stop water from eventually entering the housing and causing an electrical short and burning out the unit. no space to add a gasket and you can't seal with silicone as that would make it difficult if not impossible to replace the batteries. Unit lasted about 1 year. A shame.

The installation for this product was very easy, make sure you have batteries on hand! It is able to detect night from day, so you do not have to worry about draining your batteries over a short period of time. The light distance is effective for porch lighting and walkway lighting, I'm not sure I would recommend these for driveways. As for myself, I've had these up for a couple months underneath my porch and they work fine. The elements do not seem to bother them, but they've never been directly rained on so I cannot vouch for the waterproof claim.These are a God-send for places that lack wiring or installed motion lighting. They light up well and detect very fast (faster than the spotlights wired up around my home).

I bought the item because it stated that it was easy to install but it is not!Product is difficult to install and instructions are not easily understood. Tiny screws require tiny screw driver. That should be included with the product.Screws stripped easily and don't seem to hold the product in place. I still don't have this light up after trying to install for 45 minutes. Getting the back plate off was difficult. Accidentally dropped it, and then it popped off! Rediculous. Lost several of the tiny scres while trying to put them back in the light.I have the batteies installed and the light does work, and is bright at this point. The motion sensors work and it does shutoff.You will need a drill, tiny screw driver, AA batteries and a ton of patience.Considering returning product instead of attempting to install again.
