KOREAN LANGUAGE 1A,STUDENT'S BOOK-W/CD Audio CD – January 1, 2013

This is the BEST book to learn Korean with!! My tutor recommended it for our lessons. The CD is really good for listening practice but it's all in Korean. Sometimes the CD seems a bit fast, but you can follow along with reading in the back of the book. I wish a little bit of the CD was in English, but it's not a problem. The book has great descriptions so you really understand why you need to do things the way you do instead of just memorizing the content. The culture note is a helpful addition, but I wouldn't understand the cultural aspects without the help of my Korean tutor. I'm really happy with this purchase and the seller!

The textbook came in the condition described, though I swear it could be brand new. Even came with the CDs!Shipping was quick; can’t wait to start studying with it. :)

This is a fantastic textbook but the CD is not supported on Mac. Disappointed as this is the textbook I have to use for my Korean Class and I do not have a Windows based computer.

Good book to use in class. Better when paired with the workbook.
