First, I’m not a doctor and I don’t have any medical training. I’m just providing my experience with using this product. I know what works for me and when I can tell a difference with how I feel. I can tell you there’s a difference with how I feel after I started taking this product vs. before I started taking it. The directions tell me to take 2 capsules with food, but I’ve been taking 3 capsules (2 in the morning and 1 at night) with a mixture of apple cider vinegar, honey and water. I’ve already been taking apple cider vinegar for a while, but I only noticed an immediate change in my health until I started taking Black Seed Oil. I sleep better, I feel more energized and revitalized, I also notice I have a lot less inflammation in my body, and I have a general feeling of wellness. The price is inexpensive vs. what you get out of it in my opinion. I noticed an immediate change after just 1 bottle, I didn’t have to wait until 4 months in to start feeling a difference. Honestly, it’s totally worth the money spent, and if it doesn’t work for you, you’re out $15, not a lot of money, either way it’s not expensive for the amount of health benefits you get.

I am on my second bottle of Altius Balck Seed Oil because this has become my favorite way of taking BSO. I had been taking BSO straight in a spoon or mixed in juice and either way, I must admit it's not the most pleasant thing to do. In liquid form, the cumin taste is strong and not very palatable.This Altius BSO in capsules is easy to take, does not cause burping and it helps in lowering my blood pressure just like the liquid form does and that is why I've decided to continue taking these capsules.

Just got into this supplement and I can share with you I’m hooked. It provides the fuel you need during the day and helps you lean out. Being over 40 and having friends and family suffering from physical ailments it never more important now to stay healthy and use products that contribute to that. Fantastic product! Great quality black seed oil that helped reduce my inflammation. This brand has now become my go to due to their quick delivery, easy to swallow pill size, and great customer service. I added black seed oil to my daily supplement routine as I typically have lymph node inflammation as well as a less than ideal immune system. Taking black seed oil, and this product in particular, has helped improve both those areas, particularly with my lymph nodes feeling less swollen.

I bought this item for overall well being. I have failing kidneys among other medical problems. My partner has a very bad case of gastroparesis and since we began using your black seed oil last week we have seen big improvements, esp with his stomach disorder. Feels like we both sleep better and just seem more...healthy. Cant wait to see the benefits 3 months down the line.

These are high quality supplements! The color matches what “cold pressed” should look like and they are easy to take. I’ve seen others claim “cold pressed” but the color has darker.
