Good product that works if you understand what your doing.
The media could not be loaded. Product does make decent crepes, but you have to understand how to make crepes. This product has no recipes included and the instruction manual is a hilarious attempt at probably Chinese to English. So here are the basic instructions.1. Google "Crepe Mix". I chose Martha Stewart. Real easy to make if you have a blender. If your store has crepe mix, you can try that too. Don't use pancake mix, even though they may say you can. Pancake mix has a rising agent that's not in crepe mix and there's a different water to flour ratio. (just take my word for it). After making batter, pour into white bowl that comes with the pan.2. Pre-heat your new crepe pan. Not much here. Plug in, turn on, red-light, wait about 5 minutes.3 Gather tools. Silicone spatula and maybe some silicone tongs. Also a tray lined with wax paper and some paper towels to wipe up drippings.4. Look over and check the can of non-stick spray, make sure the cap is on and forget it's there as you won't need it. While traditional cast iron crepe pans may need this, this pan is non-stick. If you spray this pan with it, the batter won't stay adhered when dipped.5. Turn the pan over and dip in the bowl of batter (see video) Turn back over. In 30 seconds or so you should be able to loosen it up with the spatula and turn it using the tongs or your fingers.6. Cook to desired texture and put crepe on wax paper.I found there is no real recovery time for the thermostat. You can go ahead and repeat 5 and 6 until you run out of batter. After about a minute or so of cooling, the crepes are stackable, meaning they should not stick together. Just be careful, crepes are delicate. When your all creped out, you can fill them. The photo shows my finished product. I filled the crepes with banana slices and canned whipped cream and topped with more whipped cream and fresh blueberries.A pan like this is good for an apartment or when you are faced with an electric stove. If you have a gas stove, go for the cast iron option. Why, because that's how God intended it to be. But in the face of adversity, he give you options, like this.Good price. Good buy."A woman's place is not in the kitchen. That's my world."

Best way cook crepes!!
We are a family that loves crepes, but I have always disliked cooking them. Not anymore!!! This is a game changer for making crepes. The crepes cook evenly and perfectly. You don’t change the temperature, but that makes it easy because you know it’s cooking at the right temperature the whole time! Lightweight and easy to use.It can be tricky to store it, but at this price, it makes cooking crepes a breeze!! Highly recommend!!

Easy learning curve!
I bought this for my husband for Christmas (as well as the kind that you swirl out with the stick). He and I both prefer this one.It cooks well, fast, and doesn't burn. There is trial and error, but it's a fast learn. I've never felt like any crepe was raw or burnt, and I'm a picky person (slightly over cooked, like a little too dark of brown is burnt to me haha).

5 Stars – Perfect Crepes Every Time – So Easy to Use!
I absolutely love this electric crepe maker! It heats up quickly, distributes heat evenly, and the non-stick surface works like a charm—no more torn or stuck crepes. The included spreader and spatula made it super easy to get thin, uniform crepes right from the start, even as a beginner.Cleanup is a breeze—just a quick wipe with a damp cloth, and it’s good to go. I’ve used it not only for sweet and savory crepes but also for tortillas and even pancakes. It’s compact, lightweight, and doesn’t take up much space in the kitchen, which is a huge plus.If you enjoy making brunch at home or want to try your hand at something new, this crepe maker is 100% worth it. Fun to use, reliable, and delivers delicious results every time!

Great!
Bought this as a gift for a friend, and we used it right away! It makes making crêpes so much faster and easier. I do wish it could heat a little bit more, but it did the job and worth the money so far! The machine is super lightweight which I personally like so you can take it to any event.

Reliably great crepes, quick and easy to use!
Makes excellent crepes, and quick work of it! When I first started using it there was an uneven cook, creating a brown ring right where (I assume) one of the heating elements is. So I started to let it fully heat up (you can hear it click off, about a minute or two). I then turn it off, wait 1-2 sec, and then dip it. The crepe will fully cook with the unit off, resulting in perfect crepes every time!If you’ve ever made these using the upside down pan method, or just regular frying pan, once you try this machine you will NEVER go back!!!!

Not the best, but it works with the right recipe
I grew up with a machine like this in Europe in the 80s. I tried my own recepe and the batter was sliding off. This one I found on the internet and modified. The batter must have eggs and cannot have oil - or it slides.INGREDIENTS1 cup All Purpose Flour3 Teaspoons Sugar1 pinch of salt2 Eggs1 and 1/3 cup MilkNO OILINSTRUCTIONSPlace all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.Heat crepe maker on base according to directions.Pour batter into dipping pan.Invert crepe maker on top of batter and count to 3.Place crepe maker back on a solid surface and allow crepe to cook for about 60 seconds.Use sillicone spatula to flip the crepe and cook on the other side.
