Gold Collagen Mask

I received this Gold Collagen mask, it comes with 3 different types of mask. There were a few issues for me, it was super slick to put it on my face. Obviously the mask comes in a package just like in the picture, however the liquid that is included made the mask super hard to grasp. You cannot walk around with this on your face, you have to lay down otherwise it will fall off. The directions were extremely vague when it came to putting the mask on, you need to leave it on for up to 30 minutes which was fine. The mask itself is a decent size, however the mask does not contour to your face you have to lay down and push it onto your face so that it stays I had so much extra by the bottom of my jaw line I almost cut it because it was bothering me. The mask is good for your skin, I'm just undecided with how I feel about it so far I suppose. Disclosure I received this product at a discount for an honest review.

I am a huge skin care enthusiast and have tried (and regularly use) a wide variety of face masks. I use Korean cotton sheet masks most often, but hydrogel and collagen masks are my "treat yourself" option. The Gold Collagen Mask set from Jether arrived promptly and as described and pictured. I couldn't wait to try them out and first chose the hyaluronic acid crystal collagen mask for my evening skin care routine. Many gel-style face masks come folded up with many pieces of plastic backing keeping them intact in their packaging. I liked that this mask was packaged flat. It was so easy to lift it out of it's plastic sleeve and apply to my face. The mask had a very generous amount of serum that felt instantly cooling and pleasantly tingly when applied. The mask itself was thicker and more durable than many others that I've tried, but still had a great fit and cling that molded to my face. It was a bit more slippery than I like, so I was forced to lie down for the 15 or 20 minutes that I kept the mask on. This can be seen as a pro or a con. Some people really enjoy the "forced relaxation" of HAVING to lie down while using a facial mask, because they would not necessarily make relaxation a priority otherwise. Personally, I prefer a fit that will stay put as I bustle around, or sit up to read or crochet. I'd say that was the only thing I disliked about this mask, and it certainly wasn't enough to discourage me from trying the other two varieties in this set! All three varieties left my skin feeling refreshed, hydrated and smooth, although I can't say that I felt a tangible difference from one mask to the next. I think I'll stick with my cotton sheet masks for daily use, but I will definitely be purchasing another set of these masks for an occasional treat when I really want to lay back and relax.Pros:- thick, durable gel while still providing a nice fit and cling- pleasant sensation while applied- hydrated and glowy skin after mask is removedCons:- slippery enough that it really is best to lie down, or the mask will slip down your face- the packaging is quite large and not the best for small bathroom storage spaces- not a huge difference in sensation/visible result between the 3 varieties of masks, but all were very pleasant, nonethelessI received this item at a discount for my honest review. This is my unbiased opinion as a self-proclaimed skin care enthusiast!

This box set is for normal to dry skin and perfect for aging skin.The gold facial mask revitalizes and improves elasticity. It is infused with collagen and hyaluronic acid and has tiny gold particles (1/2000 size of a pore) that penetrate deep into the skin. This mask revitalizes, tones, and moisturizes your skin. It replenishes water loss and improves the elasticity of aging skin and improves the appearance of fine lines.The crystal collagen mask nourishes and hydrates. It contains collagen is designed to hydrate, nourish, and cleanse impurities from the skin. It increases moisture retention and improve the elasticity of the skin.The crystal collagen with hyaluronic acid moisturizes and hydrates the skin. It is designed to stimulate collagen production and elastin in the skin. It hydrates, improves moisture retention and elasticity and improves the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.The masks are ideal for use 2-3 times a week and have a great variety of choices with equally good quality in all the masks.I put my mask in the fridge. You want to allow it to chill at least 20 minutes but it doesn’t hurt to leave in longer. Keep the tray flat when you open it because there is liquid in the tray that your mask is laying in. Plus, it keeps your mask laid out flat so it’s easier to pick up.I wash my face before applying a mask so my skin is in the optimum state to absorb the nutrients. The mask feels kind of weird because it feels jelly like and wet but it feels so good when you lay it on your face. It feels cool and you can feel your face drinking up the liquids.Tilt your head back when placing the mask on your face and keep your eyes closed until you stretch the eye holes in position over your eyes. You don’t want to get the liquid in your eyes.Stretch the mouth and nose openings into position then press the mask onto your face. Be careful of your nails. I poke nails and finger through a few times. I found the gold mask a little more delicate to handle.I kept patting and pressing areas that were loose and the longer you wear the mask, as the mask thins, the more it conforms to your face.After 20 minutes, remove the mask. When you take the mask off you can rinse your face and continue with your regular routine or allow the moisture from the mask to be absorbed. I chose to let my skin finish absorbing the moisture from the mask. I wanted the maximum benefit of using the mask.My skin looked radiant and glowing afterward. My skin felt soft, clean, and hydrated. My wrinkles, as a result, looked less noticeable. In the pictures, I was using the 24k gold collagen mask.I purchased my masks at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
