Ladies hear me out, I’ve tried many different brands of creatine and PE Science is my absolute favorite of all time. ( I promise I’m not sponsored) I really see the results with this brand. I’ve tried both the power and capsules, personally I prefer the capsules for a more consistent intake, but that’s just me. I really recommend this brand. I had been wanting to start taking Creatine forever but wanted to make sure I developed the habit of drinking enough water first. You are THIRSTY but that’s totally normal, your muscles are pulling water to them. I skipped the loading period and just started taking the recommended amount each day and I noticed a difference around two weeks. I’m lifting heavier and overall feeling good while working out. Threw on 60lbs pounds more than I typically lift on leg press and could’ve probably gone heavier. Definitely recommend!!!
