The modern appearance of the light fixture is a nice update to our dining table (replaces a traditional six bulb chandelier). And since the fan blades are hidden when not in use, it looks more elegant and not utilitarian. The electrician had a bit of a challenge installing, needed a few of another type of machine screws, but easy ones to get. The remote control is a little tricky to remember all the symbols, but I'll get it. Do not buy from this seller!!! *by F***N on December 14, 2024* The media could not be loaded. I bought this fan back in September for my home that I purchased. I was not set to move in until November. Once I moved in November I had the ceiling fan installed and everything seemed fine, the light and fan worked. But by then the return window was closed. (Keep this in mind). So a week passes by then all of a sudden my light no longer works but my fan is still working, okay, no worries - I’ll reach out to Amazon to see what we can do. I’m not looking for a refund, I’m simply looking for support. So Amazon tells me that the return window has passed but assures me that this seller is a good seller and to reach out to them directly and that they are confident the seller will get back with me with a resolution. So I reached out to the seller at least 5 times via email, via chat and even tried calling and absolutely ZERO RESPONSE (I have proof)! I begged them to respond! I told them that I was NOT looking for a refund but only for assistance in getting the light portion of this product to work!!!!! Now I’m stuck with a ceiling fan with no light!!! There was no way I was supposed to know that this light would be defective since I didn’t even open the item until well after the return window had passed. I’m very disappointed in this sellers lack of customer service especially since Amazon assured me that the seller would provide resolution. I would never recommend this seller to ANYONE EVER and I will NEVER be purchasing from this seller EVER again!!!
